Mcdonald's - Chalmette

The little hamburgers were great nice and hot and the place was very clean and employees were very helpful and courteous really enjoyed my lunch

I’m not sure what happened to the previous staff, but all these new kids working there have major attitudes. I sat in the drive-through for about 3 minutes and no one said, “can I take your order” so I said hello. No one answered so I said hello again then the nasty girl comes on the mic and says you don’t need to say hello and I replied well I’ve been sitting here waiting to order and no one has answered me. Nice polite, professional encounters, not aggressive, so kind and respectful.The best

They kept forgetting to take the outside lane orders so it wasn’t fun watching the inside lane move. I had to call and remind them they had an outside lane as well and they still took the inside lane orders before me. Terrible service

I wish you could give zero stars. This place is trash. If it’s not the attitudes, it’s the cold sometimes under cooked food. The McDonalds in the East has them beat. The EAST! I live in Chalmette.
