Dharbar Restaurant - Chalakudy

Cooked I don't know it it was a deficiency or aspecial way of cooking special alfaham.From my experiences of having the bestalfahams in Kerala from Alreem and spicehut Iwouldn't say that Dharbar alfaham wasoutstanding, it was an Ok experience.The alfaham was spicy and outer skin wasdelicious. However the inside was not wellGood place, nice ambience, good service airconditioned..

Do try oit their kuzhimanthi...Mojitos ate good as well

So disappointed..... First of all the food was just ok, can't say as excellent or something like that. I had alfahm Mandi. . The service of the staffs are so pathetic. As I entered the restaurant I enquired whether mandhi was available for dine-in and he replied yes mandhi is available for dine-in but he just went to the kitchen to check whether there is enough quantity of rice for all of us. He came and said there would be enough rice for the first serve and after that maybe biriyani rice or something like that. We were ok with his offer and ordered the food . We were served 3 portion of half mandhi in which the quantity of the rice was low. We thought it was due to the lack of sufficient quantity of rice and we thought he would compensate with something else. But as we finished the served food we asked whether extra rice is available , then he served us a small bowl (small bowl means small gravy Bowl) of mandhi rice. He enquired whether we would like to have kuboos or something. After having the served amount of rice we asked him for the bill and I was shocked he also charged us for the extra mandhi rice. I won't mind to pay for what I had but I just aksed is the extra amount for that rice in the gravy Bowl and then the staff started arguing like hell with us. So I left the place . I won't say the food was pathetic neither I would say it was excellent.. but it was ok to eat that's all... But the overall service and attitude of the staffs are so dissatisfied

Not a fresh taste , waste of money and health They give faster response in order, but its not a fresh made food ,very sad to rating you

Pricey and not up to mark
