The meal is excellent and the perfect service. The two young waitresses are very friendly, cordial and fast. It's been several times since I went to this bistro, but the last time it was a catastrophe. I've never seen anyone in charge who slams hands to call their waitresses like they're dogs. It is very dry, unpolished and aggressive to customers. I find it unacceptable, especially to display private conversations between employees in front of the whole bistro. Frankly I am very disappointed with this behavior, especially from a responsible person. Even small waitress are more mature and working.

In fact this place is not a restaurant but a simple cafeteria, where you are served at the table! The meal is not even worthy of the most basic cafeteria! Why try to make chic by putting a horrible sweet sauce on fries, meat or fish, while leaving the product without anything would be better? You must be hungry to eat! But no pleasure.... I understand very well that the in-room staff should not be delighted to serve this kind of dishes, which in part can be the lack of commercial smiles! How do you grow in this case? With the chosen name "Le bistrot du marché", we expect better: sparkling freshness products, as in a market, and not this sad plate that doesn't make you want! Experience never again!!!!
