Bidra med feedbackBasil Mojitos made by Mauro, a local artist and also the waiter at this very nice bohemian outside bar/restaurant. Set just underneath the church, a perfect setting for a cocktail before going out for dinner.
Situated high in the village in the Church square quality food at a reasonable price give it a go. Not for the faint hearted the walk up the steps but worth it when you arrive
Yep, I couldn't believe it either... I totally understand that we are on Cervo's main square, with an amazing view on the Mediterranean Sea and next to Cervo's church. However, 6€ for a glass of a normal Vermentino, nothing special, means to take a tourist for a ride, moreover because a bottle of it probably costs 10€ and they didn't even bring any finger food! Just a poor glass of average wine. It's Cervo not San Marco's square. Liguri, liguri, liguri...
This place doesn't have to try very hard because of its incredible views. A sun terrace looking down over the Cervo hillside and beyond to the coastline. Then turn your chair round and you are 10 metres from Cervo's beautiful church. It's an incredible spot. This bar is not the only place in the world where you don't get the best deal right next to a great tourist attraction. We just had coffee and gelato no complaints; it was probably 30% more expensive than other places we'd stopped at and that seemed an OK price to pay for the views. The service was very friendly but not efficient. The lunch prices were high for very simple food. The tables either side of us ordered lunch and looking at their plates, the food seemed very ordinary. I'd go back for coffees and taking in the views but not for anything else
In a lovely position in the cathedral square with a view of the sea. Perhaps ok for a coffee or a drink but don't eat there. Firstly the service is extremely slow , we ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce without tuna (there was no menu, the waitress just told us the choices ...the dishes arrived with tuna, the waitress took them away and after 10 minutes bought us our spaghetti with tomato ,,they were uneatable, the sauce was ok but the spaghetti were cold and overcooked and tasted just as if they'd been rinsed with tap water. For water, a glass of wine , 2 bruschette and the uneatable spaghetti we paid 50 euros..cash as they don't accept cards. The bathroom was dirty.!
