Blaze Pizza - Cerritos

Blaze pizza is soo delicious. There are many options to choose from or you can create your own. I waited about 5 mins for my pizza and it was baked to perfection. Because I am lactose intolerant I picked the vegan cheese on my pizza and I can?t tell the difference. The staff was super friendly and patient as I took some time to figure out what I wanted. The space was clean. The bathroom is clean too. I would only suggest one thing given that it is hot out and they have seatings outside with no cover to give side. There should be some type of covering so guest can enjoy their pizza under the shade instead of in the hot sun.

My kids and I have been coming to blaze ever since they opened in Cerritos !!! Love that I get to put roasted broccoli and roasted garlic and ovalini mozzarella with fresh basil and a balsamic glaze artichoke hearts... Mmm So many options to build your own pizza as well as salad options, drinks as well as alcoholic drinks, desserts, clean, and great customer service. What more could you ask for?

I had the cauliflower crust today and oh my yes so so good... I love that they offer roasted garlic and roasted tomatoes. So so good and the service was great.

Blaze pizza is an excellent alternative to thick dough pizzas. Their pizzas are thin and the toppings are fresh. Well kept dining area and curtious staff. As a bonus there is a The Habit Burgers next door so you can have both at your table to suit everyone's tastes.

I love blaze pizza, always get a pizza just how I want it with fresh ingredients the gentleman that helped us was very nice and polite. Although I noticed that for being a restaurant no one wore hair nets and I noticed a young lady (poss team leader) with her hair hanging and was on her cellphone between orders and wouldn't wash hands after phone use. Was a little uncomfortable with that but other than than I love this place for a quick, hot delicious pizza(:
