Bidra med feedbackI had heard some great things about this restaurant and had the opportunity to visit tonight. When I got in, it was 20 minutes to close. Sophear (my server) told me I could sit there wherever I wanted. I chose a place and she brought me an ice water with lemon and a menu. I scanned the menu for 5 minutes and Sophear was asked again if I had any questions. At this point everything on the menu looked great, so I asked them if they prepared the cook for me what he liked. She asked me if I had food allergies or food preferences and I explained that I was open to everything. While waiting for my surprise court, I asked Sophear if they had a beer. She told me they didn't have their license yet, but they worked on it and told me to ask the lady at the bar for more details. I went to the bar and met Rattana, one of the owners. She said that she was working to get her beer and wine license and would then go for her liquor license. When we spoke for at least 10 minutes, I noticed that my plate had been delivered to my table and a man (who looked like the cook) looked back and forth near Rattana and I looked like he wanted to tell me something, but not interrupt the conversation we had. I asked Rattana, is that the cook? to move back and forth to the man. She answered, This is my husband, and yes, he is the cook. Insert Lee (center owner and chef). I introduced myself and asked Lee what he decided to do for me, and he told me it was a fish dish and he hoped I would enjoy it. The dish had the right amount of spicy, sweet and a little sour as all authentic Thai food and the ingredients were; Shrimps, mussels, calamari, scallops, shrimps, catfish, green beans, spinach, paprika and fish sauce. There was also one side of rice that I mixed happily in every bite. That was hands down, the best Thai life I've ever had, and I've eaten a lot of Thai food in many different cities. If you haven't been here yet, you have to go. If you're here, please go back soon. I want to see that this place works well so that we can continue to get high-quality Thai food in the Central Valley. Cheers!
