Wish I could give more stars. Best sub shop in the states. Customer service, food quality, and and atmosphere. Amazing is all I can say.

Absolutely amazing service. Placed a catering order a couple weeks out to serve over a hundred people. I placed the pickup time a bit earlier than needed to allow for a bit of time if they needed it. Not only did they have it ready with plenty of time to spare, they also called to confirm that I still planned to pick it up so I wouldn't lose out on $400+ of food. Great work guys. Sandwiches were delicious. Give all of the employees a raise.

I order for work frequently and I've never talked to a person there that wasn't super friendly and competent. Always a good experience. Love that they deliver!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Jimmy John's tonight. I ordered delivery and it arrived in 8 minutes and tasted great! Will be ordering from here again. :

I have literally tried to eat here a dozen times and you are never open when I want to eat dinner. Suggest staying open at least as long as your neighbors.
