Luna Tapas - Central Visayas

Luna tapas is one of the three restaurants at the Costabella Tropical Beach Resort on Mactan Island. It is open from 6pm until late, with most customers arriving late to enjoy tapas, drinks, play pool or darts, or watch sports on one of two large flat screen TVs. We ordered the Pizza Chorizo Aceitunas Negros (chorizo and black olive with mozzarella and Manchego cheese) and the Callos a la Madrielena (oxtail and tripe in a rich tomato sauce) which was served with a crispy bread roll. Along with a jug of sangria (red wine, brandy, fruit juice, and a variety of chopped fruits), it was a very satisfying yet relatively light evening meal. The service was friendly and speedy.
