Bidra med feedbackI love their you mian. Even the soup is good with 当归 flavour. Tried the fried egg plant and fried tofu. It was good and there were plenty of sauces (e.g. thai sweet chilli, sambal , chili in front of the counter for you to choose. I like how the you mian comes with a lot of greens too !
Congrats on their opening on 20-12-2021, CDC voucher accepted here, very friendly boss, ordered their you mian dry noodles and deep fried eggplant, dry noodles come with a small bowl of super tasty soup, those who like soupy food might as well just order the noodles soup, sure good, i drenched all the spinach into the soup, and it's heavenly, lots of fresh veggies, mushroom, and black fungus given, fried wan ton is good and delicious, portion is generous too, yummy. The deep fried eggplant is a must, comes with mayonnaise and sweet chilli, i added some chilli powder and black pepper powder, for me the spicier the better, as it's made upon order, so have to wait for a while, it's piping hot, crispy outside and succulent inside, some more not oily, this is definitely a restaurant's standard dishes, but at hawker's price, one whole deep fried eggplant costs $3 only, recommended, do come and support this new vegan stall.
Absolutely not my taste!! Soup Ban Mian, warm soup, an oil layer, very mild herbal flavor, on the sweet side. Dry Ban Mian, nothing but sweet and nothing. Deep baked eggplants looks so beautiful but tasteless on the outside and on the inside, must wait until it cools, then you can get this light sweetness of the eggplant Or you can decide to dive it with the sauce they have Deep Fried Enoki tasteless, but chew through the bottom of the stem. Nothing Great to update this special trip down from previous review on 2022-01-21
