Bidra med feedbackVisited on 28/04/2022 Thursday after hiking Rail Corridor Central. This restaurant is much more bigger than Junction Ten outlet. Is half occupied when visited. After awhile 3/4 tables occupied. Ordered Coin Prata 5pcs $3.50,very crispy n not oily. Hi Fibre Prata $1.60per piece, made from Alchemy fibre flour,a plant based fibre. It is crispy and taste of (high grain) and not oily too. Drinks ordered Ice Soursop large cup $4.10 hmm,not my liking taste of soursop syrup. Cucumber Cooler $5.90 must stir well,if not will be tasteless as diluted by ice cubes. Highly recommended its prata as very crispy n yet not oily at all.
Honestly a crime this place isn’t higher than 4 stars. You come here for prata, and you get some of the best prata you’ll ever have. That’s all you need to know. Tbh the service is good and what you expect. Ask for super attentive service when the food isn’t this heavenly and cheap lmao. Crispy, doughy, stringy, soft, crunchy, all at the same time. How?? Paper prata is also an underrated gem.
Best Prata in Singapore! Only complaint I have about the visit was the Teh Tarik was diluted and I had to request for another because it tasted like longkang water… 2nd one was better
I stopped by for a quick breakfast before starting our hike along the rail corridor, and I was surprised by how busy the restaurant was in the morning! The time spent placing your order takes up a considerable amount of the overall visit, but the food is served fairly quickly once the order is in.
One of my favorite prata spots in Singapore! I've been visiting their original Springleaf location for about ten years. With their recent expansion to multiple outlets around the city, I've noticed some fluctuations in quality. Fortunately, the standard was excellent on my latest visit. The prata was perfectly cooked, with the right amount of crispiness on the outside. The cheese in our egg mozzarella prata was quite generous. The red bean prata was exceptional, as always. If you enjoy Chinese red bean pancakes, you absolutely must try their red bean prata—it's loaded with filling. However, the red bean itself was a bit on the sweet side for my taste. The fried chicken was rather small, so I would recommend skipping that. The masala thosai was quite good! I’ll definitely be back!
