Great to sit and have a coffee with your old faithful pooch who also gets a treat on the house. Great to pop into, very dog friendly

A lovely atmosphere and of course top marks for coffee and cakes. Kids love the baby chino 's and 'rainbow cookies '.

I am a Starbucks customer, Is my boyfriend’s favourite coffee shop but as everyone mentioned, specifically on this shop in Hornchurch, is that the stuff doesn’t pay attention to clients…many time I get the wrong coffee and if you are getting that they don’t bother to ask if you maybe want another one,they just let you waiting. The staff is untrained and young and they just don’t care. And also they are not very good cleaners. I think they need more training because they are working in customer service.

This isn’t the first time I’ve not been happy with the service. Tables always dirty even though there are a minimum of 5 people working at one time. I ordered a takeaway coffee it was made for drinking in. But that wasn’t even the issue. It was slammed that hard on the counter that half or poured into the saucer and even though she saw it happen she turned away and continued with the next order. When I asked for it to be remade I’m pretty sure he poured that coffee into a take away cup and topped it with skimmed milk instead of the almond milk I originally ordered. Best service is cafe Nero in Upminster and brentwood. Don’t waste your hard earned money anywhere else. Needless to say I took a refund and left!

Like most here, I experienced appalling service from this Starbucks… specifically from Maddie and Mo. Got here at the time it specifies they open on a very cold winter morning. The door was unlocked so I walked in however at the counter I was informed they were closed for another half an hour. There was no apology and in fact Maddie laughed in my face about the situation. The manager Mo informed me that they couldn’t serve me because they were “cashing out from the night before” and he “forgot to lock the front door” whilst handling cash with the front door wide open which was extremely careless and unprofessional putting staff and customers at risk of a robbery. I wouldn’t recommend.
