Dire coffee prepped by a barista that must have given up caring long ago. When you're a parent on a ward, popping out for a coffee is about as much of a treat you can get...and a walk... and your mental break. Such a let down when you pay £3+ to get a dogs**te coffee. Instead of a smooth flat white I received a bubbly and foamy mess. Watching, you could see they have no idea how to use pitchers or steam wand properly (or just don't care). Unfortunately Peabody's (I tried the day before) was no better, so both coffee shops at the hospital are useless!

Nice staff. Great coffee subscription service. Awesome Frappe that actually contains espresso rather than the traditional instant coffee!

One of my favourite place, very friendly staff member although they are extremely busy. Respect ...keep the good work . Bless

This is by far the worst pret I have ever been to. It often has long queues. The staff are overworked, but often also indifferent. I've had wrong orders here or orders simply forgotten. This pret is broken.
