Tree Tops Cafe - Central Bedfordshire

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The young female staff were too busy gossiping about last night and I had to wait a long time to be served.

The cafe was closed the entire morning and day, with no warning on their website. I checked their opening times before leaving, and if it weren't for another cafe nearby, this brunch journey would have been a waste.

We went to this cafe looking for sandwiches and cake. After being handed menus and reviewing our options, a waitress approached us and inquired about our order. When we mentioned we only wanted tea and cake, we were abruptly informed that we couldn't stay and eat cake in the main cafe. We were redirected to a smaller cafe where we ended up ordering some cakes and a sandwich. The food was expensive and not particularly impressive in terms of quality considering the price.

Had lunch twice here recently. We were extremely satisfied with the food. The lady who served us was efficient, polite and friendly. We will return for food and the amazing view!

Just popped in for a cup of tea, but was told to wait outside where someone would take my order.Despite there being very few other patrons, the service was non-existent. So after waiting 20 minutes or so I went back inside to ask if any of the three waitresses on their phones were going to ever take my order. Cup of tea was ok when it eventually arrived
