The food at this restaurant is not very good, but the service is even worse. The staff is very unfriendly and makes you feel unwelcome.

My recent visit to the Flitwick Sandwich Bar was a disappointment, largely due to the unfriendly staff member I encountered. This lady's rude demeanor made me feel unimportant and ruined my morning, leaving me with no desire to ever return to the cafe. I simply wanted a breakfast baguette without bacon, but instead of a pleasant interaction, I was met with condescension. She insisted on a different baguette option, essentially the same as what I wanted but without bacon. This confrontational response set a negative tone for the rest of my visit. Despite following her recommendation in an attempt to save time, her attitude remained sour. It was clear from other reviews that I was not the only one who experienced this kind of behavior. It is disheartening to see such consistently poor treatment towards customers. The situation worsened when I tried to order a drink; she scolded me for not ordering it earlier and deemed it too late, making me feel frustrated and unwelcome. Even during the payment process, her impatience was evident as she loudly sighed and seemed annoyed, which only added to my dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my visit to the Flitwick Sandwich Bar was marred by the unwelcoming behavior of the staff member, ultimately leading me to not want to return. While the food at the cafe may be good, the poor customer service I experienced greatly hinders the overall experience. I hope that the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent other customers from being treated in the same discourteous manner.

Great deal! I always make it a point to support local establishments over big chain stores, and it definitely paid off this time. I enjoyed a delicious and generously sized breakfast baguette for just £3.50.

We visited a few weeks ago and the menu had a a great choice, the owner had a minor attitude problem prob having a bad day! We would return again though!

Really disappointed with my visit! I won’t be back! I had ham egg and chips, it was grand but £1 for an extra egg is a rip-off! Then as someone else pointed out the sauce bottles are filled with cheap nasty sauce not HP or Heinz!!
