Subway - Centerville

My second time visiting this location today. I've encountered 3 employees over my two visits and k just have to say they have the best personalities. They genuinely seem pleased to take care of you and help get your sandwich made. The food has been fresh and yummy both times. The store seemed clean from what I could see, loved the music as well. Loud enough to hear but low enough where you didn't have to yell at each other over it. I suggest this location for your subway needs!

I've been coming to this Subway since I was a little kid. And just like every experience I've had before this time was great. I've been wanting to write a review for a while, but haven't been in a while. Today I came for the BOGO 50% off a Footlong. I didn't know that it was only available through the app. But a young African American man named Brion, I think that's his name pronounced Bree On. Showed me how to place my order through the app since the deal was only available through the app. Now most places would have just told me it's not available in the store. But he told me and showed me how to do it the through the app. Not only was he very nice and helpful but so was the rest of the staff. This is my preferred Subway to hit up, this and the one in Walmart on Booth. I'll definitely be back soon.

Found a hair (red in color) in my steak and cheese sandwich. Called and ask to find out what this franchise does in regards to this situation and employees said, they don’t do nothing pretty much in other words throw it away or eat it. How about a refund??? And also asked to talk to the manager or whoever was in charge and no one is in charge of employees, manager is out of town. What a disgrace, disappointment, and loss of customer. Customers watch every bite you eat. Also I don’t have hair so there’s no way I put it in the sandwich. Hairnets maybe a solution. They get their steak pre packed already, whoever prepacks their steak do they use hairnets???? I put up a photo in their site so if in case you need to see it. I hope I get sick from this so I can sue you guys!!!!
