Bidra med feedbackCame twice within 2 weeks to a quick breakfast gave me the wrong meal both paintings, going through and at the theke. After I pointed out the error, I still got the wrong object.
My order is consistently wrong. yesterday I drove from one appointment to the other and had no time to lunch. I went through the drive-thru. when she handed over my order, it felt easy, so I asked her to check it and they assured me that it was right. When I got there later, it was wrong. that has often happened to me at this place. the crew does not care about quality and will not make the dinge right. they go to another place.
This location is only open for mobile orders. every time I have been there in the last few months, the kerl claims on the drive that they cannot command the loudspeaker and that they have to park and order it on the app. they can talk about the loudspeaker, but can't take over a command?
Pulled up to the drive thru and was told I could only do a mobile order due to short staff even though there was literally no one in the drive thru ahead of me. Pulled over and did the mobile order and while I did this no one else came through drive thru. When I received my order which included 4 frostys I was told that they’re out of spoons and was given ONE fork. I’m not really sure how ordering through the app helps with a staff shortage when the location is not even busy.
If 0 *was available this place is it. 3 bad experiences and this Wendy 's is OUT. October 2021 waited 25 minutes in the drive through. March 2022 waited about 10 min for my order to be half wrong, went in and they made it right. Today was the worst. Ordered a $5 meal after waiting for about 7 min (behind 2 cars) and wanted a medium fry. Girl taking order told me she 'd have my total at the window. Told me it was $7.24??? What?? Although the sign says .95c apparently it 's more like 2 dollars for a medium fry. Asked for my reciept, was told it was in the bag. I wanted to get out of the way of the person behind me so I pulled forward to check my food. My no cheese burger had chess on it. My medium fry box was half empty, no receipt, no straw, no napkins. Pulled around and the lobby was locked. The drive through now had 10 cars waiting. Probability 0 that i would get any order correction from the girl who gave me a buck of back talk about my total. The burger went to a neighbor, so I spent $7 on a small fry, 4 nuggets and a cup filled mostly with ice. I will never return to this Wendy 's.
