Modern Market - Centennial

I waiting for 15 mins for my order and saw that several people who came after me where already served. I came back to the front and realized the server never gave me a meal pager. I asked her for one and she said she couldn’t find my order. She went back to the kitchen and nothing was to be found. She then told me I had to pay again because my order wasn’t in the system and that maybe the register didn’t work and that it wasn’t charged. I challenged her back and checked my bank statement to prove that I had been charged including the tip I left. She then went to the back and served it herself. Unfortunately the food was cold, the rice was undercooked and hard so the whole experience was very upsetting.

They couldn't provide a list of ingredients for the dressings, but luckily the person who made them was there. If you have severe allergies though, I wouldn't come here. Place was a bit grubby, and I got dirty silverware with my meal, but the stars are for the food being pretty decent.Parking: Nice there's actually a lot unlike every other restaurant in this area.

Fantastic food, portion size varied a bit. Had a really good portion for lunch today but a bit small one yesterday evening. Wither way, quality is top and will be coming back

I actually love modern market and have ordered from multiple locations and never had an issue. This location though… when I told her I called in an order she just looked at me like I made a mistake and asked if I was sure. I had to show her my confirmation email before she started making the order I already paid to have ready when I arrived. The food was not fresh which is something I’ve NEVER experienced from modern market so figured I had to share my experience so this location can get their act together.

Overall very disappointed with quality and quantity of the bowls for the prices.
