Business is clean, food is tastey, try the relish(its similar to pepperoccini. The staff are helpful and welcoming.

Just because you’re wearing gloves doesn’t mean you’re not cross contaminating. Gloves should only touch food and nothing else. Once a non-food item is touched gloves need to be disposed of.

I have eaten here many times and it was great but today we received our sandwiches and the bread was extremely hard. You couldn’t bite into it and it tasted stale. I called and discussed it with the person working and at first he was going to credit back my sandwiches. I gave him the information from the receipt taped to the bag and he said he couldn’t pull it up. He then said to bring in receipt and he will make a new sandwich. I said I wasn’t driving there with the receipt just because he can’t locate it. So we will never eat there again.

Frustrating when they have your phone number but can't call and ask if you would like white or wheat bread cuz they are out of rosemary cheese bread. The bread is sliced inconsistently. And they charge PIF for whatever that is?! The employees can't even tell you what it is. One day soon I'll get a decent order. Oh and don't ask to wrap your giant sandwich in 2 halves to share with friend or save for later.....they charge more for that! Ridiculous.
