Bidra med feedbackI have been thoroughly impressed with the initiative and customer service of some of your staff members recently. I visit McDonald's at least twice a day for my coffee. Today, the staff were incredibly busy, but instead of making me wait in line to order my usual, one employee noticed me and offered to make it right away. By the time I paid, my coffee was ready to go. Another staff member with blonde hair brightens my mornings by adding a smiley face or a nice saying to my coffee. I wish I knew their names so I could commend them for their outstanding service. They are usually in purple shirts if that helps identify them. I have gone from submitting formal complaints to being grateful and impressed with the service every day. Great job, guys! Please know that one of your loyal customers truly appreciates all that you do.
The restaurant accidentally added an extra kids meal to my order and charged me for it. However, they did not include an extra kids drink. While this was a minor inconvenience, the service was good overall. It would be helpful if the drive-thru screen displayed the entire order so customers can confirm what they are paying for.
I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The drive-through was busy, but dining in was okay, possibly due to Covid restrictions. I ordered burgers, hot coffee, cold coffee frappe, and mocha and really liked everything.

I'll go to the coffee at least twice a day. today the workers were crazy busy and instead of waiting in the line to my ordinary, one of the hired noticed me and offered to make it immediately to make sure until I paid my coffee was ready to go. her other staff with blond hair makes my morning by clicking on a smiling face or a nice saying on my coffee. I wish I would have added names, as both of these employees deserve praise for their amazing service. sometimes they wear the purple when it helps to narrow them. not too long ago formal complaints have been made to the office to be grateful and enthusiastic about the service. great worker. please they know that one of their daily customers really appreciate them and everything they do.
Although it was a very busy time for the staff, most did their best to cope with the situation, a few took it just like a sweat and did not support their employees their efforts, with very busy time.
