Great chopped brisket and sausage! Will definitely try to make this my Friday lunch spot. Can’t wait to bring the family out one Saturday.

This is our third time enjoying a great meal from Honey Creek Barbecue. Across the board, the quality has been consistently impeccable. Everything we have tried from smoked sausage, brisket, and even a smoked turkey for Christmas have been high quality meats smoked to perfection. Great both fresh and as leftovers. Personally my favorite side is their homemade potato salad, just like I grew up with here in Texas. Highly recommend their catering. Leslie Princeton, TX

I ordered a smoked turkey for Christmas and it was the best turkey I have ever had. I have previously ordered a brisket as well and can say the same! 5 out of 5 stars!
