Food is always great, tasty and hot when it arrives. Never had anything that wasn't delicious. Delivery timing always good and reasonable considering when we order at peak times. They did boba tea briefly, that was nice, wish they'd bring it back but not sure there's much demand for it. Staff are delightful. Probably the only decent take-away in the town. Vegetarian options: Plenty if vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Plenty of dairy-free options Parking: Street parking further up the street or a free parking lot behind the Eurogiant near the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly but there's probably not high-chairs as it's more of a take-away Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

It is not a first time we did order from Koi but with the last was so bad experience...firs of all we wait for delivery 1h30min. OK its Friday night, it is busy. But when we didn't get order after 1h45min I call to koi, they confirm its very busy and driver just left restaurant with our delivery. But it takes another 25min to get our order...so in total more than 2h...FOOD: chicken nuggets for my daughter went straight into the bin, prawns looked very poor and half was missing :D duck portion was very small to compare with what was before in same takeaway. I Didn't feel well after diner. This was last time we ordered from here.

Extremely bad experience. I'd rate zero stars if I had the option. Ordered Seafood Ramen and they gave us Spicy beef ramen instead. When ringing to get the correct order instead the guy on the phone pretended not to have our number on record even though we gave full name and phone number when making the order and didn't try to help whatsoever. It was 100% on record. Extremely unhelpful and bad customer service. Really unfortunate because it used to be one of my favourite places to eat but can't go back again because the staff are useless in every aspect. Wasted money down the drain and wasted food. Koi please I'm begging you, do better and stop scamming people out of their hard earned money.
