Culver's - Cedar Springs

Great when my order is correct. Getting fed up with the minimum of one mistake per order, at this location, these several past times. Don't get me wrong, I'm very fond of Culver's but this is too annoying for the price. Latest order was two burgers with only bacon. Who... lemme stress this one, WHO orders a burger no bun???

Always delicious food and great service! The crew they employ at this location are simply the BEST. PERIOD. This place is definitely managed well and should be visited ... soon! Get on it now! You know that turtle sundae is calling your name! ??

Food tastes great, cost is reasonable, but service was horrible. Friend specifically said no onions on her burger and she wanted pickles; her burger had no pickles and lots of onions. I ordered two meals for myself and another friend, they forgot one of the meals. When I reordered, they gave us the wrong food. I would've complained to the (shift? manager, but it was the manager who messed up all of our orders. Also, many other customers had incorrect orders, but they weren't that busy (around 2pm . Not sure I will return to this location.

Food was good, took a few to get our food brought to us. Kinda wondered if they forgot us. Dinning area needed a little TLC, but overall clean. Bathroom definitely needed help. Nothing to awful to keep me from not going back.

Holiday weekend-Friday! The restaurant and drive through were super busy. I ordered a kids cheeseburger with everything but onion and extra crispy fries. They delivered and it was delicious and my fries were hot and crispy!! Good job Team, keep up the good work, and keep smiling, I love your friendly service. Thank you!!!
