Bidra med feedbackI had a coupon that I was going to use and then I forgot to use it. I remembered it when I was giving her the money to pay. She said ?I can?t go back?. Which you would assume they would be able to for mistakes that a customer or a worker did. But she said she could not go back and fix it and it was too late even when my drink was not made yet. I also assumed that this coupon worked with what I was getting. She said it did not work when she did not even look at the coupon. She lacked customer service and was not pleasant.
I arrived here around 8 o'clock and noticed they had a few Boston cream donuts available, but there were no coffee or breakfast sandwiches ready. Given that this location is just off a major interstate (I-380), I would have expected them to have more items stocked to accommodate the steady traffic.
Always running out of something! First it was cream and milk, then coffee. It seems no one bothers to refill; they just say it's out.
The only thing it could use is a way to blend the drinks! We love Dunkin', and my little guy had so much fun making his own coffee and choosing his own donut today!
I don't want to direct my frustration at a business that pays $15 an hour for coffee service yet still has to close at 1 PM due to a staffing shortage. I've been to this Dunkin' a few times, and my food was served quickly and accurately by a friendly staff.
