Cold Stone Creamery - Cedar Rapids

I had the worst experience at this restaurant where the customer service was consistently rude, disrespectful, and racist. It felt like a complete nightmare and I will never return to this place.

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and children are enthusiastic about coming here. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

It was delicious as always. felt bad for the person at the theke because she had a big line. the person that helped her hide in the other room. she got it out of the air, but still

My favourite place to get ice! it was just disappointed to go into an empty load and see how 6 employees are standing right now. Nobody welcomed us. floors with mash, icy cone, etc. tables, chairs and couches look like they had not been clean in a year. we literally took an ice cone from the ground for them and they just looked at us.

Very filling and great place, probably not my first pick but def not one I’d pass up
