Buffalo Wild Wings - Cedar Rapids

My family and I have there on Thursday the 26th May sung. We had a big party of about 20 people. It was after completing my son. David and the staff were excellent. Food and service were great. You're back in my list of your favorite places.

The food is always made fresh to order. This time I waited a bit longer then usual for my order to be made as I did not order ahead and they felt bad and gave me a discount. I did not mind waiting as I made the choice not to order ahead and knew they were busy but as a customer service step they cjose to do this discount. I was amazed. They made small talk the entire time. Was a pleasant visit for sure.

We came about 4 in the afternoon and was told to sit anywhere. We saw that all the tables were dirty and so we waited for assistance, standing by the table we wanted. No one paid attention so my husband approached the bartender and told her what we want. After that glitch in the service, everything was fine. My husband likes the wings. I had a chicken sandwich. He took a bite of mine and said that my sandwich was even better than his wings. There are plenty of TV's to watch the game.

Honestly: It was just okay. The staff was friendly and the wings were alright. That being said, prices are a high for what you get. The nachos are soggy and not that good. I added brisket and guac to the nachos, and while the guac was good, the brisket was dry and gross. At least they are open when everywhere else is normally closed.

I ordered food from here last night and i usually love it but when i was ordering it didn’t allow me to put notes in my order to put my fries in a separate box so they were soggy and i was told it would be done at 8:50 and didn’t receive a text, call, or email that my food was done so i went at 8:50. I got there around 9 and picked up my food and found it out it had been done at 8:30 and sat for 30 minutes without me knowing it was even ready. fries were cold and soggy and wings weren’t fresh. disappointed:
