Domino's Pizza - Cedar Point

I was told I couldn't use the online coupon on my phone by showing the promo at the counter when ordering. I was told I had to order on line even though I was standing right there showing the promo. I tried to go through the process of ordering on linewith my phone but the app just kept going to a plain white screen. I ended up calling my daughter to place the order from herphone. Its rediculous that they will not honor the on line coupon with you presenting it on your phone while ordering in personat the store.

5/19/22 I had just ordered online and had a coworker pick it up for me. The order was halfway correct. I called the store and they were so nice and apologized and corrected my order right there and then went above and beyond to take care of me. I will bea returning customer. Thank you.

We order every day the delivery and as a creature of habit, our order rarely changes. our dominos know us and if I missed something, they'll take care of it.

Yeah don't let your delivery drivers run into people and lie to the cops and then have your manager Stephanie cover it up and hide it and have an inappropriate act after hours in the office
