Noodle Alley - Cedar Park

I have no idea why I haven?t tried this place before, but y?all this was full of flavor! We shared the shrimp/pork wonton dumplings in spicy sauce (this was my absolute favorite), pork soup dumplings and an order of spring rolls. I didn?t even needsoy sauce because they were all flavored so well! Staff was friendly, you can also sit outside. Definitely will be back. UPDATE11-1-2022 I tried the volcano tots, just a little spicy and very filling, nice pork flavor! ANOTHER UPDATE 12-2-22 We just triedthe Tom Yum Noodles with chicken, it?s a creamy coconut milk chicken broth ramen DELICIOUS, I did have to add a splash of salt.My husband ordered the Hot pot spicy beef ramen, spicy but was FANTASTIC, the broth was perfectly seasoned! A+

This place is small and not much seating. It does have outdoor seating and right now the weather is good for that if you choose. But don?t let the size fool you as the food has HUGE taste. It was fast and very well made. It looked and tasted fresh! Thenoodles are house made from scratch and let me tell you that you can taste the difference and very much appreciated. I willdefinitely be marking this as a go to spot and even placing an order to enjoy at home.

I have had only the shrimp and pork dumplings in spicy sauce and loved them but today I decided to get the braised short noodle soup. I ate my dumplings and dumped the rest of the broth in with the soup and I was in heaven. The short rib was so tender andthe noodles were so good as well. I'm definitely getting this from now on. Customer service is always great as well. Prices aregood also, compared to most places.

What did I order- Stir fry noodle with Chicken Fried Rice with Tofu Portion size- Amazing Seating/Ambience- Cozy; we got an outdoor seating and it was really pleasant The food overall was good but not great. Their chicken was a little stale butnoodles were really good. So if you are planning for a quick lunch and craving for noodles, this place won?t disappoint you.

I stopped into Noodle Alley because of a recommendation from a coworker. He specifically told me to get the soup dumplings and the beef short rib noodle bowl. And I got to tell you what, these were incredible!!! Let's start off with the ordering. Walkedinto the place and immediately knew what I wanted. Ordered everything up, made my payment, And within minutes I had a delectablenoodle bowl sitting right in front of me. I'm talking like two to three minutes folks!!! Just incredible quick service that Icouldn't even believe... Like I thought they had the wrong order. But nope it was mine. The flavor was so intense so bold andso original that it just blew me backwards. The beef short rib was cooked super juicy and tender. And those soup dumplings!!!!OMG, don't stop at just 1 order, get 2!!! I will say that I will definitely, definitely, most definitely add noodle alley tothe rotation of favorite places to go.
