Update: I came here again?. And how is your steamed broccoli so good? I could literally just eat that for dinner! You guys are still the best! The best experience of any Chili?s ever and we go to Chili?s a few times a year. It usually never fails that Iorder something with special instructions, like no butter or cheese on the side and it never happens the first try. BUT? thisChili?s is a step above the others. I called to make a very specific order due to a special diet so I was asking if the cookcould prepare something a certain way and the manager let me speak directly to the cook! I was very impressed! He was so niceand was able to prepare my food just as I needed and not only that, it tasted amazing! The seasoning on the steak was so goodand it was cooked perfectly medium! Steak at Chili?s? YES!!! Thank you for the special treatment and delicious dinner! You areappreciated!!!

I visited on Veterans Day and, as always, it's my favorite spot for my dinner celebration or whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious burger at a great price. The service is always excellent, and the food is outstanding. I'm a big fan of the fried pickles! Thank you for supporting veterans!

I sat at the bar and the food was excellent. The bartender was friendly and provided great service.

I requested for it to be remade, but they simply brought back the same steak with the topping scraped off. I asked once more for it to be properly remade since it still had the sauce on it, and they hadn’t actually prepared a new dish. At that point, the manager approached and rudely asserted that if I wanted something without cilantro, I should have read the menu more carefully. His attitude was condescending, suggesting that I was unable to read. I explained that I had indeed read the menu, which is why I had asked for a cilantro-free option. When I asked how he would have handled the situation if I were allergic to cilantro, he laughed it off, stating it wasn’t a life-threatening issue. He continued to be abrasive, saying he would remake the dish but it would take at least 30 minutes. My boyfriend and I decided to leave because I didn’t want someone so rude and incompetent handling my food.
