It was a clean place the customer service was great and it was was affordable I would totally recommend and go again!
Whoever hired the subpar highschoolers here with no concept of customer service, you need to fire them ASAP. I put in a drink order like 25 to 30 minutes before actually arriving. So I figured when I got there, my drink would be sitting at the to go counter, just like the instructions in the app said it would be. When I arrived, there was no drinks. There were only two people working it looked like, and neither one of them were acknowledging me. Are you joking? I stood there for a solid five minutes, and during that time, more people started to walk in and stood at the to go counter waiting for their orders, which again none of them were made yet. Only after a crowd started to form at the to go counter, did the only other person working there give us the time of day. And for some strange reason, my drink order never showed up in their systems, even though my friends ordered did. And we are using the same app for the same location. So I have no idea why it didn't work. But still, if you see somebody waiting at the counter, for the love of God don't ignore them for 5 solid minutes. Oh, and not receiving some passive response to everything I say would be nice also! UPDATE 5/5: went again today after putting in another online order. Guess what? It wasnt ready. No one even READ it. It took them HALF AN HOUR to make my ONE coffee drink! And no, it wasn't busy at all. Of course when I got in there, I went and stood at the to go counter again and was not acknowledged at all. Eventually after waiting for SO long, I talked to the only girl at the ice cream counter and asked her to get somebody to help me with the order I made half an hour ago. Literally all of the staff was standing in the back room just chatting. And I was literally staring at them, and I know that they know I was there, and nobody was moving. Nobody was doing their job. God avoid this place at ALLLL costs.
Closed 30 minutes before the actual closing time. Employees refusing to even acknowledge myself and another customers existence while in the drive thru. Terrible customer service and will not be returning.
