The restaurant was very lively and bustling, but all the staff and customers were happy and enjoying themselves. The portion of beef was extremely large and was enough for three of us. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. We ordered takeout for dinner at a very reasonable price of $1-10 per person. I would highly recommend trying the Tomato Bread and Italian Beef Sandwich. The atmosphere was rated a 4 out of 5.

I have to start by mentioning the main reason for my low rating: They messed up my order, claimed they didn't hear it correctly over the phone, and refused to correct it without offering an apology or refund. The customer isn't always right here. Despite my politeness and giving them a chance, they were immediately defensive. The restaurant itself looks run-down, with poor lighting and dirty floors and ceilings. It wouldn't be surprising if some of that dirt ended up in the food. Delivery is slow, even slower than Pizza Hut. The stuffed pizzas lack sauce on top, which just feels off. The thin crust was okay, but toppings like fruits and vegetables tasted far from fresh. The pizza sauce was overly sweet, but it was the only decent thing on the menu. Overall, the food was mediocre and the service was poor. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere, unless you're a fan of their pizza (though you could probably make a better one at home with ingredients from Dollar General).
