Wetzel's Pretzels - Cedar Hill

Too many workers and low quality service I had to wait 40 minutes to get my complete order They kept messing up the order at the end I got the order cold,dry and ended up in the trash.

The people that work there to day was to busy playing and not pay attention to the customers i had ask for two pretzels bits and they gave me one I ask for three drinks and gave me two. may 14 at 4:28 pm Over all I do go there a lot but today was not the day to go there.

The people there don?t have any good customer service skills. I heard the woman who claimed to be the manager say out loud. ?I?ve got to go to the bathroom so bad? not something you really want to hear when someone is handling your food. I did not even get one greeting when I walked in the door. I?ve gone to this location for years but it might be Time for a change

Very sorry Unacceptable service!!!! Workers unacceptable Behavior! And then also having someone helping that doesn 't even work there!! We were told that our order would be ready in 15-25 minds and we just got our food 3:16

I always go to this location because it is the closest to me . The service is rarely good but the pretzels are always fresh . Today I went into the location at 7:52 and they did not service me because they said they just closed . This was really frustrating because i checked the time the location closes before I left my house . I was very disappointed.
