Bidra med feedbackI had the worst experience from the drive thru speaker when placing my order. On Thursday, October 5th around 4pm the person taking the order was very loud, rude, and obnoxious. I kept having to repeat what was a simple order and she kept cutting me off and repeating back the wrong order. Then had the nerve to ask me, “is that it?” No I said because you didn’t get what I ordered correctly. I asked of her name and was told they’re not aloud to give that information out. I looked past the drive thru window person straight at the one taking the order. Long blonde weave and this huge eyelashes. Unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Where pray tell is her hairnet!!!! Those lashes was humongous…..what if they feel in the good. Grotesque indeed! Well then your entire establishment suffers. I will not patronize this location in future. Bad business for the Raising Canes brand.
The service is horrible. The kids running the register are ruled. They don't even acknowledge the customers when they come because they are playing. Once I got home my order was wrong. This is the 3rd time ordering from this location and they can't get the orders right. Management needs to step up because it's not a good look. Will not be going back

No matter how many times youll revisit this canes you won’t even get the bare minimum of decent service. Rude female staff every time. Morning afternoon or evening someone’s gonna be cranky taking your order. I cannot remember the last time I visited this canes and my order was actually correct. I mean like yeah you can say “check your bag before you leave” but you shouldn’t have to hold up the entire line another 30 seconds making sure your order is right. God forbid if there is a line cause your food is 8/10 gonna be cold and hard. You’ll be better off driving 20 minutes to a different canes at this point
This is the worst Canes in DWF. Always check your order when using the drive through.
