Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cedar Falls

Service is not the best and slow inside dining. I assume drive through is a little better.

Drive thru took almost 27 minutes to get our cold food...... No I didn't order cold food ...... It's just what we got!Disappointed ?

Usually enjoy Dairy Queen but after walking in at 4:30 to a manager yelling at a coworker over improper training it made me feel too bad to even wait for them to get to us at the counter. I hope being yelled at by the people training you for not being trained is not the experience employees should expect.

Katie V was amazing, she had her staff running well and very polite. We visit often and will continue to visit!

We waited about 15 minutes for 4 small cones. A man was a couple orders behind us and got served his blizzard immediately. We had to go ask if our cones were coming. The floors needed swept, tables were sticky and the bathroom lights turned off on us with our kids needing to use the restroom. Also, the manager was not very polite to her employees. They need more help, I understand, but we need to focus on respect so people wanna work somewhere.
