The Bard's Inn Bed Breakfast

This was a beautiful, relaxing, comfortable stay! I felt like it was a visit to a favorite aunt at home! Communication was excellent, breakfast exceeded my expectations with options for different diet, and everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely return. Thank you.

My wife and I were here and visited the Shakespearean Festival. It is just a few minutes' walk from SUU Campus and all the plays. The bed was very comfortable (always important! and breakfast every morning was great. Late August, they would bring vegetables from their garden for the ingredients for breakfast that made it so much more attractive. The price is very reasonable and we will stay here safely. Very recommended!

I made a last minute trip to Cedar City this week and due to another cancellation I could get a room at The Bard's Inn for my three-day stay. What a wonderful place! One of the new owners, Susan, was the perfect host and ready with helpful information about the Shakespeare Festival and local attractions. The location could not have been perfect, within a block of the festival and several large small restaurants. I saw five shows during my stay and went back and forth within minutes before and after each show. The Bard's Inn is a beautiful, picturesque older houses with eight guest rooms. I was in the Falstaff room, with a comfortable king-size bed, beautiful ceiling fan, mini-fridge and microwave, and plenty of space to move around. The room was clean and cozy, and I enjoyed breakfast every morning in the front dining room. There were a variety of hot dishes, plus toast, juice, cereals, fruit and yogurt. There is also a formal living room to hang on TV, or an interior veranda on the front with seats and tables, and an additional reading room on top of the veranda. The other rooms were occupied by other festival guests, some of whom went ahead and booked their rooms for the next year to not miss out on the excellent location. I also hope to make the festival an annual event and will plan my trip if I can stay at The Bard's Inn.

Susan is an incredible host. The room and breakfast were fantastic and she is such a beautiful and generous person who makes our stay really wonderful.

We loved our stay at Bard's Inn. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of items. Great location within walking distance of the Shakespeare Festival, historic downtown and restaurants.
