Gianni's Pizza Of Cecil Pa

The first few times I ordered, my order was taken by a very sweet older lady. I received the food that I ordered in the amount that I ordered. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I started ordering delivery from Gianni's frequently, and I never had any issues. I don't know what happened to the sweet older lady, but one day a young woman started answering the phone. Ever since this staffing change, every single one of my orders has had something wrong with it. The first time I ordered from the new girl, I ordered Trash Bread, but they brought me Trash Fries instead. This didn't bother me because the fries were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The second time I ordered from the new girl, I paid for a double order of Trash Bread, but they brought me a single order. I decided not to complain because the bread was still hot, fresh, and delicious. After all, everyone makes mistakes. The third time I ordered from the new girl, I ordered Trash Bread again because it was so good, and they did bring me Trash Bread, but it was raw. The outside was cooked, but the inside was completely raw. I haven't ordered from Gianni's since then. They know how to make good food, but I would never order delivery from them again. I recommend dine-in or pick-up orders only, and check your food in front of them as soon as you receive it.

They blow me away with being a pizza shop. They were busy with orders on the phone and in back. The wife looks at me raising a finger saying 1 moment. No big deal I had a seat. The Husband comes around the counter to help me. Takes my order. Tells me about his fish sandwich for lent. I love a good fish. So, if it is I will let you know. Because I am going back or calling on Thursday to pre order my fish. I do not know them. But wish they were my local pizza shop. They are very friendly, Clean looking place. Cecil should be happy with them. I was. I just came from a different Gianni's Pizza. The rudest bunch of people. I had to leave. My wife says there one in Cecil? SOOO much better!!!! Thanks Guys!

Was always my go-to pizza joint. Consistent, pizza always tasted good. The problem is they never have delivery anymore. Close to never. Well at least the last eight or nine times I've called. So they are officially off of my go-to list and I guess I will ignore their existence. How can you never have delivery drivers especially on a Sunday during football? Food: 4
