I had a fantastic experience at this neighborhood bar with a simple lunch menu and friendly patrons.
The service at this restaurant is excellent and they make a fantastic Bloody Mary. Robin is a wonderful companion and the regular customers are friendly and welcoming.
A must-visit in Cecil, this establishment leans more towards being a bar than a restaurant, although they do offer lunch options.
