Pros: The fried chicken overall is always delicous in every branch that you go . The price is reasonable. then halo halo dessert is a must try as they use vanilla ice cream on their shaved ice which is awesome. cons: All branches in sunburst have POOR customer service. theybhave recently renovated their ayala branch and was expecting that they have improved overall but it is still the same as before . The management needs to invest a bit of training for their staff. waiting time food to be served 28-30minutes. excluding dessert. serving dessert is an additional 15minutes summary: Food is fantastic but gave it 2 stars for their appalling service
