Nag order ako ng buko pie, ang deniliver nila sa akin is peach mango pie..at may naka lagay sa online apps how to contact the store where i ordered the food pero d man lang komontak sa amin pabalik para palitan yung maling...deniliver...this is not the first time..I know guys you are tired but pls check the items before you send that to your customer..I just woke up at am to order this kasi Im pregnant at nag crecrave ako..tapos eto matatanggap ko

Nag drive thru kami this morning and i order breakfast chicken joy. when i arrived at my office i found out na mali ang binigay nila na order sakin.tinanong ko pa yung babae kung okay na ba lahat and she said yes. i am very...disappointed with the service kasi gutom na gutom kana tapos mali pala ang order na binigay nila.to the management pls let your staff repeat the order before giving it to the customer to avoid this kind of incident

My daughter ordered three tuna pies and a burger on online delivery. She was told that her order would be delivered within minutes. One hour had passed and she followed up her order only to be told by a service representative that her...cp number was incorrect. And that the amount of orders was high in volume. We patiently waited for her order only to be answered like that? You made stories. Pinaghintay nyo na kami tapos gagawan nyo pa kami ng kwento? My daughter gave her number correctly and we did not hear anyone calling her cp. Terrible service..liar service crews!

This is a typical jollibee.stressed out oversorked staff and they look it.the menu looks good in lights but fair when u get it.usually luke warm soggy or overcooked chips in cheap oil.tomatoe ketup is filipino sweet its an aquired taste hehehe. Serves are tiny most...non filipinos eould need of anything.i would avoid most western food franchises and all Filipino ones asife from mang inasal.bbq chicken
