Although the food was fine, the service was less than impressive. The food arrived promptly, however the 'home made tiramisu ' we were offered turned out to be a lemon mousse cake made by an external company (we had clarified twice with the waitress that we would be getting a traditional tiramisu made by the chef). Having requested the bill, we waited 15 minutes before asking again to pay. Also, when making the effort to communicate with the staff in Italian to ensure clarity in our order, it would be nice to receive a response in Italian, other than various combinations of the 5 English words staff seem to know. On the way out, we were peeved to discover that the tiramisu that we had ordered was actually displayed in the fridge at the entrance.
