New York Coffee N Grill - CAVERSHAM

I went to get a medium takeaway coffee today and was disappointed to receive a small cup instead. I paid for a medium size but was told they were out of medium cups.

This used to be a really nice little cafe where I would have a bite to eat before doing the weekly shopping but since it has changed hands it is not that inviting.

I've been here twice for a snack and can say the breakfast special is nice and not bad value when I ate there. The second time my wife and I grabbed a coffee and toasted sandwich to go. The coffee my wife liked but doth of us were disappointed with the toasted sandwich. I wouldn't grab and go from here again. I would probably visit the supermarket next door for value.

Amazing service, friendly staff, and fantastic coffee. I usually opt for the hotdog and coffee combo, but I've heard great things about their food as well. If you're willing to be patient and courteous, the wait for food is definitely worth it. I was thoroughly impressed and give it a perfect 10/10 rating!

I don't write reviews frequently, but this was hands down one of the best coffees I've had in Perth. While it may be a bit pricey, the smooth blend makes it worth it. The baristas clearly know their trade, as the coffee was served at the perfect temperature. Most baristas in Perth could use some education on how to make a good coffee - stop boiling it! 10/10 rating from me.
