Oregano's - CAVE CREEK

We were dining here last night and eating was good, but we might have left some glasses on the table. we called today and the man was very nice and said they have a lot of glasses that leave people accidentally and come and look. we went to the restaurant that went all the way from glendale, just to the dame that the manager in one meet and can not be disturbed. we can't look for the glasses and have to go and go all the way back to home. I guess the manager has all the glasses in his office and couldn't even pick up a finger to help us. we're not coming back here.

We will not be back to this Oregano's. Everytime they mess up our orders. We eat at other ones We don't have problems every single time. We ordered two of the wings. My husband gets there they made 1. He had to sit and wait until the other was made. My husband had been up since 4:30 am working out in the heat all day. We ask for blue cheese dipping sauce he asked for more of that assuming they messed that up too! The girl comes out oh my manager says to charge you for that! My husband said just forget it! Guess what he gets home he was right they gave us ranch not what we ask for! We got the cookie. We don't like it doughy so when ordering we asked for it will done because we don't like it doughy. What we received was doughy so we had to put it in the oven. This stuff happens Everytime we order food! It's not just one mistake it's always everything! When my husband got home he said let's stop going to that one. We love their food it's too bad they can't get employees to make things right! Especially with how expensive it is to go out to eat anymore! We will just go to the others!

This place is always great.. The turkey stuffed sandwich is my go to. Today we also had the house salad, which was great too. Our food took a little longer than usual but we received a complimentary cookie n ice cream for the wait. The staff was very nice and kept our drinks filled while we waited for our food. First visit to the Cave Creek location, and very pleased with the service. We'll definitely be back soon!

Great food and atmosphere This is a really popular restaurant even though it was mid week, there was a queue for a table. We managed to get a seat at the bar immediately and even though it was busy our food came out really quickly. My husband and I ordered the mac n' cheese and the roasted Brussels sprouts to share both were delicious, super tasty and very reasonably priced. We liked the atmosphere and vibe in the restaurant too!

Our food was fantastic and our server was great. All the wait staff was awesome. They were watching out for each other and making sure everyone was covered. I would highly recommend going.
