It definitely one-of-a-kind restaurant in Northern Samar.It's a Japanese-inspired restaurant that offers Filipino cuisine as well.What surprised me about this restaurant is that it offered a really delicious meals there! They nailed the oyakudon as you would have in pricy Japanese restaurants. Their tuna steak was served on a sizzling plate and it had a good balance of flavor with a hint of butter and fried garlic. It was interesting to see their Sinuglaw, a grilled pork belly with kinilaw. The sweet-roasty taste of the belly paired quite well with the sourness of the fresh kinilaw.This restaurant is definitely my favorite, only if it wasn't too far from our home.
