Subway - Catonsville

I ordered turkey bacon guacamole, when my order was done the worker said they don?t have Guacamole. I then asked if I will be charged for Guacamole and she said yes. I later asked for soup, she said they don?t have soup. I proceeded to get SunChips and turns out they?re stale. I?m never returning. Lack of food and stale food as well. I threw away my sandwich, couldn?t trust that.

It's not a popular Subway, and there's a Panera Bread a few doors down. But they remember their customers and are friendly. The broccoli cheddar soup was a bit too runny for my likes, but if you're hungry enough you'll get it down.

Constant good service. For the vegetarians, just keep asking for more veggies cos sometimes they skimp.

Inconsistent service depending on who's working. You have to pay a premium for the new Subway Melts, out of the ~12 times i've ordered them, more than 4 of them have been just made normal footlongs. Since I've been doing carryout during the pandemic, I don't realize the sub is messed up until I reach home. I finally saved up enough rewards points to offset the cost of the melt and it was just a regular footlong. Very disappointed.

Clean store but the chicken here tastes really bad as if its old. I'd stick with other meats and stay away from the chicken subs.
