Bidra med feedbackA simple but decent and inexpensive place to eat in the city too. good value to good trips. friendly staff
We knew we were there for a good meal when the basket crispy kisses of the brotes arrived. the white house wine was delicious. they can choose to cook their meat cut from the cabinet and there is a buffet with cooked vegetables. we're going back to try the bohnensuppen.
We liked this place so much that we came back three times. the menu is limited, but the quality is especially excellent. the price is very good and the service helpful and friendly. please try it!
Excellent fish and very good service. animated environment, clearly popular among the locals. good selection of fish and meat dishes.
Even though you may order only one of the varied beans soups with the basket of bread, you will leave stuffed! All portions are HUGE. And tasty, Sicilian style. From Via Etnea (Not Etna, that's the Volcano) the cities main shopping street, go north from...the Duomo to Bellini's Statue, opposite the Roman amphitheater, and turn right under Bellini's right shoulder and then turn left at the first block and it's there, on your left. The cities main open air market, the largest I've ever seen, begins there. (And I have traveled to countries, states Suffice to say, you can spend hours there, I can't think of a item or food that isn't sold in that market. The market runs for blocks in all directions. But I digress. I was tired, cold and hungry when I spotted Trattoria Da Noemi sign and menu and hot soup sounded just right. What a surprise! The table, service, food were excellent in every respect. I've been there two more times, So why didn't I give it an excellent Rating? No lock or hand towels in the very clean restroom. I'm funny that way.
