Ordered 3 toasted subways through doordash. Not a single one was toasted. I contacted the store to find out why my order wasn 't made the way I ordered it. Was given a bunch of childish excuses by the 2 girls who I spoke to. When I asked to speak to a manager they said it didn 't matter because the manager is going to tell you the same thing . I got upset and told them that it was stupid that they decide to just send someone whatever they feel like if they can 't do the order the way it was ordered. I told them that my phone number was in the order and that they should have called and I would have simply cancelled the order. Again was given a very childish excuse of how one time they called a number and no one answered so they simply don 't call because people don 't answer their phones anyways . This type of service is ridiculous and unacceptable. Subway is getting worse every year!! They put COLD bacon in the sandwiches!!!! WTF!!!! I 'm going to contact the health department. These people are trying to get customers sick!!

Mold on my sandwich today... I've had issues before with the staff I think it was just one lady that works there. Every time I went in she was there and had the attitude of someone who absolutely hates their life. I work for a home warranty call center ok, I know customer service and I know what she provides is not it. I digress, mold on my sandwich is one that has become the cherry atop this **** sundae. I will never eat here again... sorry let me say that a bit clearer *ahem* I WILL NEVERRRRR EAT HERE AGAIN just saying. And let me tell you it's never been the best but pretty damn good when your teen only likes turkey sandwiches FFS do better on your quality control my dudes.
If the possibility of not giving stars would be possible. I ordered an early subway and as I was a little past, I noticed the cold on the brot. I went in and let the staff know. the hired wanted to say it wasn't until I had to literally point it out. I'm absolutely disgusting. the fact that they defiled because, once the employee gave me the refund (together without apologies), she continued to make another customer sandwich. she didn't even change gloves. I wish I had made a photo, so I could have published it by the way. that is absolutely unacceptable.
