Subway - Castro Valley

The guy who works there must be the most indifferent, unfriendly, snobbish looking person I have ever encountered in the food business. Can't even say hello or thank you. Why would anyone hire such an uncaring slip, unless he's a relative of the owner... and thenvthe owner is stupid. My family would never go back there again. And the ambiance is just depressing. Better go to other subways in town like on Castro Valley Blvd. Great family run place next to park.

This was my 2nd time going here and I will not go back again!! They put stuff on my sandwich I didn't ask for and then I paid for extra meat on 2 sandwiches and did not get it!! I ordered on line both times and the order wasn't even made!! Nope not going for 3 strikes!

When i always go i have the young Spanish kid help me, he's great!! This time i had an older man make my 2 foot longs, he literally put 4 slices of meat on each sandwich and 2 slices of avocado. I didn't notice until i made it home and but into nothing but bread and condiments. This happened on July 24th around 6:15pm. Very disappointing.
