Pizzeria Du Mail - Castres

It was one of the bet stone baked pizzas in France ever.. and I'm not a fan of French food...

Too bad we can't put a zero. hygiene not respected, very expensive prices for very little, expired dishes with an awful taste but very rich in fat and finally a disrespectful boss towards his staff and customers.

I put 1. Too bad the 0 does not exist. I ordered a smoked salmon pizza, what a surprise when I was served a pizza with coarse bits of a salmon steak that smelled of death! This fish must not have seen the sea since the start of the health crisis! A base with acid tomato sauce! WHO eats salmon WITH tomato sauce?! My mother had a Milanese escalope, which in the end was still pink! with a salad with wilted leaves camouflaged by a few poor grated carrots! Greasy and soft fries! To finish, a gourmet coffee: A strawberry ice cream melting in two minutes flat and making a kind of weird pink foam, a not very fresh whipped cream and a tiny chocolate fondant with a staggering bitterness. MORE: A hair in the English cream! We can also point out a carafe of water which had a too strange taste, no one touched it during the meal! No hygiene in the kitchen: no caps, gloves, nothing! But what does Nightmare in the Kitchen do?!

3 times I eat in the restaurant and the dishes are very delicious, recommended
