Bidra med feedbackThe hamburgers are delicious! My favorite place to grab a hamburger. The whole family loves sharing chicken bites and French fries. Shakes are so delicious that I had to get one for myself after almost finishing my kiddos shake. The price is expensivefor fast food and I?ve never had to tip at a fast food place but did at this place, making my bill over $60 for a family of 4.Ill return because the food is really really good, however, I understand the price for how yummy it is!
Another shake Shack and an other location that just blows my mind. This one is the best so far: It has a drive thru. This is clearly a new build. We spend the day in Colorado springs and on our way back north, we decided to stop by. The directions werenot on point as the location on Google maps still shows a dirt lot. Not it's got a few businesses build and need updating. Thelocation is clean, the employees are helpful and make you sleep welcomed. The food was prepared and tasted just like it should.A huge plus is they have about 4 or 5 tablets where you can place your order in store without having to talk to employeesespecially if they are busy with a customer so you don't have to wait more than you have to. Definitely even considering dringthe whole 50min+ drive just to have a nice place to eat and not always do take out as a lot of locations are always busy withsmaller eating areas. And to add one last detail, this location also offers outdoor seatings and they were nice.
I was fortunate enough to preview this location at the soft opening and I can?t be more excited for their upcoming grand opening. The food is cooked fast and to perfection and the staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would consider above and beyondfor the food service industry. We were greeted by multiple employees very enthusiastically as we walked in and were askedseveral times during the meal if there was anything else they could bring us or do for us. This is definitely your destinationif you are craving amazingly thick, flavorful shakes, juicy, mouthwatering burgers with that oh so addictive secret shake sauce, and a basket of crispy, perfectly salted crinkle fries (dip a few in your shake, trust me on this). This isn?t just the newestburger place in the Promenade, it may well be the last; food and service this incredible might not be possible for anyone tobeat. Do yourself a favor and head on in for great food, great service, and a truly great, family-friendly experience!
Two stars is generous for this place and it only gets this because the design of the building is beautiful. Just about any burger place can get you a burger that taste better than Shake Shake. The nuggets taste like they came from an elementarycafeteria and their straws for the shake hardly work. Took us nearly 10 minutes to get our food with no one in line and customerservice was lacking.Worst of all, it was 27.00 for a burger, shake, fries, and a six piece nugget. Highly recommend going toanywhere but here.
Was there for a casual Friday dinner. The wait was a little longer than regular fast food restaurants with similar relative crowd, but comparable to a Culver's. There were spaces for seating inside and outside of the restaurant. The patio area was bigand they packed it with many tables and chairs. Lots of families. The large windows were a great touch. We ordered 2 ShackBurgers and 1 Smokeshack burger, with crinkle fries, chocolate shake and 2 50-50 lemonades. It was disappointing there wereno lychee tea, no root beer available. The place felt clean and comfortable on the inside where we ate. Burgers came outwarm, not greasy, fries were lightly seasoned and crispy. Food were brought to our table by service staff. The SmokedShackburger was spicy because of a very generous amount of cherry peppers. I'd rate it 3.5 stars out of 5.
