Culve'rs 692 - Castle Rock

Great fast food. Legit fish and chips are pub-style. Frozen custard makes their shakes amazing. Not the healthiest place to eat but if your here, you're expecting comfort food anyway. Always had good service here. Location seems well run.

Im almost 40 and went to a Culver's for the first time. The food was amazing! I didn't expect much for fast food, but I was really surprised! And the ice cream, WOW! It was so good. The staff were also very, very nice. There were younger people working there that just seemed so incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely go back!

I've never had a bad meal here. I'd have given 5 stars except twice now my order was taken incorrectly. The inside is clean and never crowded. Never a big deal however as they always make it right but in the waiting of an item they missed, the rest of the food cools (if your using drive-thru). I will start asking them to repeat the order back to me in the future.

Only one register open and it being run by an older lady and she was quick!!!!! She moved the line so efficiently yet seemed to give personalized service. I had to wait longer for my food (my husband had finished his meal by the time mine arrived) than I waited in line behind 2 large groups. I was impressed with her knowledge and customer service.

The customer service was exceptionally good. We had walked up to the drive thru because my husband, four month old daughter and I were on foot, and the dining room was closed. They were so sweet to us, and let us come inside to order our food, instead of standing at the drive thru. They made our order fresh, and being that it was our first time at their restaurant, impressed us tremendously with their kindness and how well they accommodated us. Thank you! Great experience. Will eat here again.
