Kinnaree Pho - Castle Hills

Over all good service is lacking your online orders shouldn’t be more important then your in person guests

I ordered out, the food was well packaged and the pho broth was delicious, but there was such a tiny portion of meat that I won't be coming back. There were two small meatballs cut in half and maybe five tiny slices of steak. Not worth it.

This is one of those places where the food is pretty good but the service is not. i love the spicy beef soup/bun bo hue, so i come here from time to time, but the service is just not good at all. it's always empty, there's no other customers but the one lady working doesn't even welcome us in. not friendly at all, never even came back to us once to check in or refill our tea even though the store is empty. not to mention how hot it was inside, no ac or fans on even though it's over 90 degrees outside. it's very disappointing since the food is pretty good but i have no urge to come back because the environment is just not comfortable to be in.

Yummy pho place! I’m not a huge fan of the rolls, but the pho has a really good base broth and the ingredients are fresh!

Inflation and the virus epidemic has really changed the restaurant business. This good restaurant in Vietnamese style is under new management. I can only write about the Pho, the typical bone-broth noodle soup. They make a good Pho soup at a good price, 25% of the price at other Viet style restaurants in San Antonio, a far as i have seen.
